Wills + Probate Solicitor

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to manage a diverse range of wills and probate matters. In this role, you will work independently with support from a secretary and will often visit clients in their homes, care facilities, hospitals, or hospices. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you can apply your expertise while delivering a personal and supportive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of wills and probate cases, from initial instruction to completion.
• Provide professional and compassionate legal advice.
• Conduct client visits in various settings as required.
• Work independently and efficiently, while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years PQE in wills and probate.
• Personable, articulate, and professional with strong communication skills.
• Capable of managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Able to work well with others and provide advice in other legal areas as needed.
• Committed to delivering exceptional client service with a personal touch.
