Wills + Probate Fee Earner

Vacancy: Wills & Probate Fee Earner  £37,500-40,000 (DOE)
Position: Full time, permanent
Location: Bridgenorth

I am currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established, leading law firm! My client is seeking a Wills and Probate Fee Earner to join their team in the Bridgenorth office due to expansion.

The role and duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of wills & probate matters with support from a secretary
• Client visits to; homes, residential care facilities, hospitals etc
• Working independently whilst integrating with the wider team
• & more when required!

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Previous experience in Wills & Probate
• Capable of providing legal advice in other areas as required
• Professional manner
• Articulate, personable and considerate
• STEP accredited (preferably)
