Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a full spectrum of employment law matters.
• Managing complex cases independently, including senior executive exits and contentious employment issues.
• Contributing to business development and helping expand the team’s presence in the London market.
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to the team’s strategic growth.
• Working closely with clients across diverse sectors such as retail, pharmaceutical, and fast-growth companies.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in employment law.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of employment legislation.
• Experience managing own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Client-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in team collaboration and firm-wide initiatives.
