Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a full spectrum of employment law matters.
- Managing complex cases independently, including senior executive exits and contentious employment issues.
- Contributing to business development and helping expand the team’s presence in the London market.
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to the team’s strategic growth.
- Working closely with clients across diverse sectors such as retail, pharmaceutical, and fast-growth companies.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in employment law.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of employment legislation.
- Experience managing own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Client-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in team collaboration and firm-wide initiatives.
