Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor/Head of Department

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Private Client Lawyer to join our client’s team as Head of the Private Client Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of private client matters including wills and estate planning, LPA’s, trusts and probates, Court of Protection appointments and dealing with HNW client matters/estates, including some cross-border work.

They will be working independently on their own caseload, and should have experience in supervising work carried out by others, and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy, as well as proactively supporting the team’s business development activities.
