I am searching for a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor on either a full-time or part-time basis, to join their successful team. In this role you will use your experience to take on your own caseload which is largely based on repeat business and a great local reputation. You will manage a wide range of residential conveyancing matters whilst providing support and supervision to other members of the team.

The ideal Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will have extensive previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, ideally 3-5 years PQE is required. This person must be able to multitask and prioritise their workload and any experience using case management systems would be desirable. You must have exceptional client care and communication skills with the ability to be a role model to the team. You must be capable of building strong client relationships to encourage an active pipeline of work.

This Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role in a fantastic work environment offers a competitive salary of £30k to £45k, dependent on previous residential property experience. The successful candidate will be fully supported by an experienced conveyancing team in the role.
