Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a new challenge in a reputable and friendly firm with ambitious growth plans?

Do you have a strong background in handling residential property matters? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you to join this law firm based in South East London.

Responsibilities:

•  You will have responsibility for and will develop and deal with the firms residential conveyancing case load including purchase and sale, freehold and leasehold, remortgage and transfer of equity transactions.
• You will be enthusiastic and energetic in developing and maintaining local and regional networks and secure new business
• You will be comfortable to working with high volumes and under minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Ability to run your own caseload and acting with supervision
• NQ-8 years PQE
• Some experience in new build or bridging loan transactions would be desirable but not essential
