Residential Conveyancer

A well-established firm based in the centre of Leeds seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team based in Leeds although they can be flexible with location as they have other office locations in Yorkshire.

The firm prides itself on providing the best access to quality legal advice and strives to be competitive and affordable.

This role will be in a fast paced and professional environment with a regular flow of new business. You will be able to handle a full mixed caseload of Residential Property files with minimal supervision.

You will be a well organised, enthusiastic individual with a common-sense approach to work, with the ability to work independently as required. You must be literate, numerate, accurate, have excellent communication skills, the confidence to deal with a wide range of clients and the ability to work under pressure. Previous conveyancing case handling experience of at least 2 years is essential.

You will also have excellent computer skills (ECDL, Outlook, Excel) and accurate word processing (audio – Winscribe), familiarity with Leap Case Management system is an advantage.

This will be a full-time, permanent role, working Monday-Friday 9-5. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and suitability for the role.
