Public Law Family Solicitor

Based in wither their Bolton or Bury office, they’re seeking a Family Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE, ideally with Childrens Panel accreditation, and upon joining their Family team the successful Family Solicitor can expect a wide range of benefits that include a competitive salary, attendance bonus, above average holidays increasing with service AND birthday off, discounted legal services, ongoing training and internal workshops and MORE.  
Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Be responsible for a caseload of care/public law files
• Undertake own advocacy 
• Run own caseload and work independently
• Providing support/training to the team as required

Skills Required  

• Experience in public law
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail (accuracy essential)
• Good communication skills 
• Good IT skills 
• Ability to work well within a team
• Friendly and professional manner

The position will involve travel to courts and other offices therefore candidate must have a car available for work use.
