The majority of the team works remotely, travelling to locations as needed. Travel for this role could extend as far as Devon.

We are currently seeking a Solicitor (PQE 2 years+) or an Experienced Caseworker (2 years+ experience) to join a highly regarded and dynamic Professional Misconduct Team. The Department is nationally and internationally recognised for handling serious crime and misconduct cases, inquests, and regulatory law procedures on behalf of various disciplined services both in the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and conduct cases in the field of Crime and Professional Discipline, demonstrating a high level of expertise and diligence.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated and experienced team to provide top-tier legal services.
  • Maintain a high standard of work even under pressure, ensuring exceptional service to clients.

The Candidate:

  • Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE or Caseworkers with 2 years+ experience in crime and professional misconduct.
  • Strong IT skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, handling complex cases in a high-pressure environment.

Location:
East Anglia (Majority remote working with occasional travel, including as far as Devon)

Salary:

Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
