A nationally recognised and successful legal practice specialising in the full spectrum of Legal Aid and privately paying Criminal Law. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to establish new Criminal Law teams in large urban areas throughout the Midlands and the North. Additionally, they welcome applications from candidates in other regions where they do not currently have a presence.

I am particularly interested in hearing from experienced criminal solicitors who:

Person Specification:

• Police Station Accredited and Duty Solicitor status is desirable but not essential.
• Highly motivated, dynamic, and commercially minded with the drive to develop work for the firm.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on client care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use practice and case management software effectively.
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Resilient under pressure with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle high-pressure workloads.
• Collaborative team player with a flexible, “can-do” attitude.
