We are assisting an established and expanding law firm specialising in personal legal services within a framework of excellent client service and a genuine commitment to quality for both their clients, staff and the communities they work in.

Their Private Client department is the largest in the firm with over 25 professionals offering advice and services in all areas of Private Client law, and they are extremely busy, which offers opportunity for departmental as well as individual professional growth. With excellent benefits including hybrid working, they now have an opportunity for an NQ to 2 year + PQE Solicitor to join their team in Sutton, London.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you’ll be joining a dynamic team and have the opportunity to help shape the future of the Private Client department. 

You will be managing a diverse caseload to include the following matters:
 

  • Drafting wills
  • Probate and estate administrations
  • Inheritance Tax planning and trusts
  • Powers of Attorney

The ideal Private Client Solicitor will have:
 

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • An organised approach in order to run a busy caseload and meet deadlines
  • Co-operative and helpful attitude within a team environment
  • Diligent and conscientious approach to work

Skills Requirements:
 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Private Client law, either as a paralegal prior to qualification or post qualification as a Solicitor
  • PC literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
