Private Client Solicitor

A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to establish and develop a new Private Client department. With an increasing number of property completions, there is significant demand from clients for wills, trusts, and estate planning services.

The Opportunity:

• Lead the development of a Private Client offering within the firm.
• Handle wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning matters.
• Work independently initially, with support from colleagues in the office.
• Opportunity to build a team as the department grows.
• Hybrid working available – based in Hale or Liverpool (typically 2 days in-office, 3 days remote for experienced candidates).

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Private Client Solicitor with a proven track record.
• Able to work autonomously while establishing and expanding the department.
• Strong client-facing skills and business development mindset.
• Proven billing history – the firm is open to negotiating salary based on experience and success.
