The Role

The firm is seeking a talented and client-focused Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 to 5 years of PQE to join their expert team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for you to work closely with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing tailored advice on a broad range of private client matters while delivering exemplary service.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload, including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and powers of attorney
• Offering bespoke advice to clients, building strong, lasting relationships through exceptional service
• Collaborating with colleagues on complex estates and trusts, delivering efficient and effective solutions
• Keeping up to date with private client law and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices

About You

• A qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 to 5 years of PQE in private client law
• Proven experience managing a diverse caseload, including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and powers of attorney
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing responsibilities effectively
