Private Client Solicitor

Our client is a law firm that provides a wide variety of legal services within the area. An accredited Legal 500 firm, they’re very well established, and have an excellent reputation for providing a client centred service.

They now have an opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team, and work with a variety of Private Client matters including wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney, estate administration and court of protection. 

They’re happy to consider any level of PQE including NQ – it’s really about the person and what they can bring to the team. 

Working with several other Solicitors and 2 partners, and supported by a secretarial team, the ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, possess strong client care skills, and be able to handle client matters with sensitivity.

The successful candidate will:

•    Manage their own caseload using a case management system.
•    Engage with clients primarily via telephone and email, with in-person appointments as required.

To be considered for this opportunity you’ll be qualified as a solicitor or legal executive in private practice, and although STEP qualification preferred it’s not essential. The firm has a policy of encouraging professional growth and will endeavour to assist with this if desired.
