Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:
  • Drafting simple and complex wills.
  • Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
  • Handling Court of Protection matters.
• Provide high-quality drafting and file management to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with clients to build strong, positive working relationships.
• Meet and exceed financial targets set by the firm.

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in private client work, managing their own caseload.
• Possess strong drafting and file management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring positive client engagement.
• Be results-oriented with the ability to meet financial and performance targets.
• Show a proactive and professional approach to their work.
