Due to our expanding client base, we are seeking a talented and motivated Pensions Solicitor to join our team.

The Role:
As a Pensions Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a broad spectrum of pension-related matters. This will include offering advice to trustees, employers, and individuals on all aspects of pension schemes, regulatory compliance, and disputes. You will work with a range of clients from different sectors, providing innovative and practical solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on the structuring, management, and winding up of pension schemes.
• Handling pension disputes, including regulatory investigations and tribunal claims.
• Drafting and reviewing scheme documents, amendments, and member communications.
• Advising on auto-enrolment obligations and pensions tax issues.
• Supporting corporate transactions and providing pensions due diligence.
• Working closely with other departments, including corporate and employment teams, to deliver a holistic service to clients.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of PQE in pensions law.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions legislation and regulation.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and provide commercially focused advice.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating pension-related agreements.
• A proactive team player with a collaborative approach to working.
