OL/EL/PL Solicitor/Fee Earner

Job Title: OL/EL/PL Solicitor / Fee Earner (2+ Years PQE) – Full Time

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled OL/EL/PL Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years’ experience to join an established OL/EL/PL department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and be responsible for running claims from inception through to trial. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career with a forward-thinking and expanding firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of OL/EL/PL claims from start to finish, including trial preparation
• Advise and represent clients who have sustained personal injuries from workplace, public liability, and occupational accidents
• Provide exceptional client care, ensuring strong client relationships and tailored legal solutions
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team to ensure high-quality case management
• Stay updated on developments in OL/EL/PL law and maintain the highest professional standards

Essential Skills & Experience:
 

• Qualified Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years’ experience in OL/EL/PL law
• In-depth experience managing OL/EL/PL claims from inception through to trial
• Proven ability to handle claims arising from occupational, public, and employer’s liability accidents
• Excellent client care and communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems (Proclaim experience is preferred but not essential)
