NQ Criminal Solicitor or Duty Solicitor

I have two great opportunities with the same client.

Due to expansion they are seking an NQ Criminal Solicitor, as well as a Part time Duty Solicitor. (Bonus if you are both, or looking to be both soon!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• A solid understanding of Legal Aid processes.
• Communicate confidently, articulately, and professionally with clients.
• Take a proactive and “can-do” attitude towards all aspects of your work.
• Develop a network of referral sources (advantageous but not essential).
• Hold Duty Solicitor accreditation (or a willingness to pursue this).
• Lexcel compliance knowledge is beneficial.
