What the job entails:
- Represent clients in Tribunal and Hospital Managers’ hearings with professionalism and care.
- Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of mental health law cases.
- Participate in Care Programme Approach (CPA) and Section 117 aftercare meetings.
- Meet fee-earning targets while adhering to CPD requirements.
- Contribute to the development of the department through business generation and marketing efforts.
