What the job entails:

  • Represent clients in Tribunal and Hospital Managers’ hearings with professionalism and care.
  • Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of mental health law cases.
  • Participate in Care Programme Approach (CPA) and Section 117 aftercare meetings.
  • Meet fee-earning targets while adhering to CPD requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of the department through business generation and marketing efforts.

  • Demonstrate a strong dedication to client care and maintaining professional standards.
  • Help grow the department through business development and marketing initiatives.
