Mental Health Paralegal + Police Station Rep

Vacancy: Police station Representative £25,000+ bonus’
Position: Fulltime, permanent
Location: Kings Lynn

My client is a multi-sector, recognised firm with offices spread across the East Midlands. They are currently looking to hire Police Station Representative to lead their Crown Court department in Kings Lynn.

The role and duties:

• Manage and oversee the operations of the Crown Court department
• Assisting Solicitors and Baristers with case preparations
• Attend police stations to provide legal advice , during regular hours and out of hours
• Liaising with clients, witnesses and other parties where necessary
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all case related activities and documentation
• Provide exceptional client service, conserving the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality
• & more when required!

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Accredited to attend police stations and provide legal advice
• Experience as a paralegal or non-advocate solicitor (preferably within a Crown Court or Criminal Defense setting)
• Exceptional organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Effective communication both written and verbally
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Flexibility to work out of hours when required
