Are you an experienced Marketing Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our clients Award-Winning Clinical Negligence department, reporting directly to the Head of Clinical Negligence while collaborating closely with their central Marketing team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full marketing mix, with a strong focus on digital marketing. Initially, the position will be fully office-based for the first six months to ensure a smooth settling-in period. Afterward, the option to work remotely up to three days a week will be available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the Clinical Negligence department’s goals.
  • Create compelling content, including case studies, brochures, and leaflets.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, using analytics to monitor and report performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work closely with clients and contacts, confidently representing the department in a corporate setting.
  • Manage priorities and deadlines with flexibility and initiative.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven marketing experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong internal relationships.
  • Excellent writing skills for content creation.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, and CMS.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable working with changing priorities.
