Position: Full time, permanent
Location: Manchester, Hybrid
 
My client is one of the country’s leading law firms, ranked one of the 10 best law firms to work for! They are also a continuously award winning, legal 500 firm. They are currently seeking an experienced PI Prison Claims lawyer to join their OL/PL team in Manchester.

The role is to manage your own caseload of predominately pre and post issue fast track PI Prisoner claims.
The successful candidate will be/have:

• Strong experience in PI Prison Claims
• Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload
• Ability to handle fast track claims
• Demonstrable experience of dealing with litigated files from inception, through applications and challenges, to trial / disposal hearing.
