Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive | Leamington Spa

3 days per week home-working

We are working with a highly successful, forward-thinking, expanding law firm based just outside Leamington Spa’s town centre, who are seeking an ambitious Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to manage a wide-ranging civil litigation caseload.

You will be fully supported in this position by an experienced team.

The Role:

• Running a caseload of civil litigation matters including debt, insolvency, contested wills and probate, employment, company and partnership, property disputes and trusts litigation
• Drafting and advocacy
• Assisting and overseeing less experienced staff
• Dealing with enquiries promptly and proactively
• Use of a legal case management system
• Liaising with clients and keeping them fully updated
• Liaising withthird party professionals

Suitable Candidates:

• Fully qualified status (solicitor or FCILEx)
• 3 years’+ experience in civil litigation
• Experience in handling a wide-ranging caseload of litigation maters
• Experience of using a legal case management system
