An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded firm based in Tamworth. This firm boasts a strong local presence and provides a variety of commercial and private client services, ensuring diverse and high-quality work within its Litigation department.

Role Overview:

As a Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload that includes:

• Property Disputes: Landlord and tenant matters, boundary issues, and construction disputes.
• Civil Litigation: Contested probate, inheritance disputes, and debt recovery.
• Commercial Litigation: Commercial contract disputes, professional negligence claims, and partnership disputes.

What We’re Looking For:

This role is ideal for an ambitious and commercially-minded Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years of PQE, seeking the opportunity to work with a leading firm in the Tamworth area.
