Are you looking for an exciting Head of Residential Property role based in West Yorkshire?

I am delighted to be representing a highly regarded, Lexcel accredited law firm based in a traditional market town in West Yorkshire.

You will be a qualified Property Solicitor, with a minimum of 5 years PQE who wants to develop an existing role within a long-established firm which has potential for future growth and development.

It is important to understand that this is a wide-ranging property role, comprising primarily residential property work, some of it at high value, but the ideal candidate will also have some experience in equity transfers, covenants, easements and the like.

This is very much a client facing role where you will be required to interact and get on well with a wide variety of people from the local area and well beyond. There are a total of 5 qualified solicitors positions in their property department and previous experience of managing a team would advantageous.

This post carries a full-time secretarial assistant, however producing at least some of your own documentation using voice-activated dictation would be beneficial.

High level of IT skills, including previous experience of using case management systems, is essential. We are looking for someone who is willing to develop a varied and interesting role, and who can work in conjunction with the other solicitors to enhance their client base.

Over eighty percent of their new instructions come from existing clients or recommendation from an existing client.

Ssalary will competitive subject to suitable experience.
