Family Paralegal

As a valued member of a dynamic Family Law team, you’ll provide essential support to senior Fee Earners, handling a range of tasks, including:

• Opening case files and preparing court bundles.
• Communicating with courts, experts, and clients.
• Assisting with Legal Aid assessments via the CCMS portal.
• Managing diaries and ensuring smooth case progression.
• Attending court to assist counsel and clients.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proficiency in Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Legal Aid Agency Portal (CCMS) (essential).
• Experience using Excel (desirable).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy team environment.
• A proactive, flexible attitude and a focus on delivering outstanding client service.
