The caseload is varied and will offer the opportunity to work on matters including:
- Care Proceedings and PLO matters
- Divorce and finances
- Private Law Children
- Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation / Occupation Orders
- General family matters including unmarried couples, cohabitation disputes
The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting clients with the above, and they should have 3+ years PQE in Family and Childcare Law, the ability or experience in supervising and supporting a growing team, be able to undertake advocacy and work towards panel accreditation, and have the ability to generate private paying work and understand legal aid.
