Family Fee Earner

Our client is growing their Public Family Law department, and in support of this they’re seeking a Family Lawyer to join the team.
 
The successful Lawyer will have a pivotal role in providing critical support to families in need. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in family law, particularly with experience in Legal Aid, care proceedings, and court representation.

The position will involve attending court hearings, managing legal aid cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance and supporting clients who require assistance navigating complex legal processes, overseeing care proceedings by representing vulnerable families and children, where you will liaise closely with local authorities, social workers, and other professionals to advocate for clients’ best interests.
 
Due to the sensitive nature of the work a client-focused approach is needed, along with offering effective advice while supporting families through challenging times with understanding, compassion, and professionalism.
 
The ideal candidate will have fee earning experience, either as a Paralegal or an experienced Family Lawyer with experience gained specifically with Legal Aid, care proceedings, and court advocacy.
