Our client is a reputable law firm based in Leamington Spa is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join the team. With a focus on providing high-quality legal services.

The Role:

As a Conveyancer, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You’ll work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process, providing expert legal advice and support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
• Handling sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgage files independently
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and title deeds
• Conducting property searches and providing advice on results
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations

 
Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and UK property law
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proficiency in case management systems and legal software
