An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Solicitor to join a prestigious litigation boutique, highly ranked by both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. Based in Farringdon, London, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled criminal defence and professional disciplinary solicitor with over 6 years PQE.

In this role, you will take on a significant caseload of criminal defence and professional regulatory/disciplinary matters. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy, with the opportunity to progress matters independently while receiving strategic supervision from senior leadership. Working collaboratively with the department and assisting in the supervision of junior colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• 6+ years PQE in criminal litigation, with a preference for experience in professional disciplinary and regulatory work.
• A solid history of working in private practice, with a focus on privately funded cases and a strong reputation in the industry.
• A natural communicator with a keen ability to advise clients from diverse backgrounds and manage sensitive issues with tact and empathy.
• Experience supervising junior staff and acting as a role model within the team.
• A genuine interest in the commercial side of legal practice, including client development, managing financial performance, and achieving business targets.
• Strong IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Office and case management systems.
