I am working with a Legal 500 top tier national firm. Due to expansion, our well established client is currently seeking Criminal Solicitors at all levels to join their team. This role gives you the choice of remote working, or to work in one of the many office my client has.

• Police Station Accreditation and Duty Solicitor status (desirable)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software

• Skilled at building relationships (court staff, counsel, CPS)

What you will be doing:

• Advise clients on criminal allegations and legal issues
• Draft legal documents and represent clients in court
• Instruct barristers for complex Crown Court cases
• Attend police stations to advise clients
• Travel for court representation
• Prepare evidence and Defence Case Statements
• Manage cases from start to finish
• Supervise trainees and paralegals
• Complete administrative tasks (time sheets, billing)
• Perform other duties as directed by management
