Their goal is to secure the best possible outcome – whether that means retaining a driving licence or achieving a not-guilty verdict, even in challenging circumstances.

The Role:
They are expanding and seeking a driven NQ Solicitor or experienced Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a remote role, though they prefer candidates based in London who can attend courts across London to Birmingham as needed. Their offices in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, and London provide additional hubs for client meetings and case preparation. They are committed to training and developing NQ solicitors, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to excel in these highly specialised areas of law.

The Candidate:

• Newly Qualified Solicitor OR experienced Paralegal with an interest in motor and sexual offence cases
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment
• Trustworthy, reliable, and committed—this role requires high levels of integrity and self-motivation
• Based in or near London (preferred) to cover courts from City of London to Birmingham
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
