The Role:

As a Duty Solicitor, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in Magistrates Court work. This role will involve acting as Duty Solicitor and managing a variety of criminal cases. For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within the department, with potential to take on a senior role overseeing the management and organisation of our court representation across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent client care skills and attention to detail.
  • Be technically strong, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Be reliable, organised, and capable of managing a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
