Conveyancer

My client, a successful and growing full service commercial law firm with offices in London and Kent has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join their team in one of their Kent offices.

This is a great position for a focused individual to join a professional and growing firm, and applications are welcomed from candidates with strong Property Law experience however there must be a proven track record of success in Residential Property.

The caseload is residential – dealing with sale and purchase of residential properties in all aspects from inception to completion. Due to the nature of business available in the role, the ideal candidate must be able to handle some leasehold enfranchisement  work in addition to regular residential conveyancing work.

Salary will be competitive dependent on experience, upto £45k and this is truly an exciting opportunity to join a great law firm with superb career potential. Hybrid working will be considered after an initial settling in period.
