Conveyancer

My esteemed client is an established law firm serving business and private clients throughout Lincolnshire and the UK.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Conveyancer whether Solicitor or Legal Executive, able to take on not only the more straight forward conveyancing work, but also able to handle more complex and commercial transactions, from residential purchase and sales both freehold and leasehold, probate and family department referred sales, transfers of equity, remortgages, commercial property sales, purchase and leases, developer work including sales and  purchases of development land, planning and other statutory infrastructure agreements, and conditional contract sales and purchases agricultural sales and purchases and in more recent times a large amount of ‘green energy’ project work including solar, gas and oil pipelines, cable easements etc as Lincolnshire becomes a large green energy area.

They have an established and consistent volume of different and bespoke transactions which they handle on the basis of a personal approach with the same fee earner responsible for the transaction from start to finish but in a cooperative supportive and helpful environment.

The role would suit a Conveyancer comfortable to handle matters autonomously and who would love to work in an environment free from micromanagement and unrealistic targets and caseloads.

The salary package would reflect that to include a target based bonus system, pension, and BUPA. A 4 day working week and hybrid options would be considered also.
