Vacancy: Conveyancer £30,000 – £38,000
Position: Full time, permanent
Location: Wirral

Our client is a highly reputable, multi-sector firm who are looking to expand their Conveyancing team based on the Wirral.
The role and duties:

• Dealing with residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
• Dealing with; Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Non-statutory Lease Extensions.
• Working with Senior Conveyancers to achieve the financial target.
• Assist in supervising and developing the Conveyancing Assistant.
• Working with and under the supervision of a Senior Conveyancer.
• Being responsible for signing off files for exchange and completion.
• Take full responsibility for the team in the Senior Conveyancers absence.

The candidate:

As the successful candidate you will have experience in a similar role and you will be able to prove your knowledge through dealing with all aspects of the Conveyancing process. It is important that you are honest and diligent at all times by acting with the codes of conduct.
