About the firm

They are a reputable and client-focused law firm with a strong history of delivering expert legal services across South Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of both commercial and residential property transactions.

The Role:

As a key member of their property team, you will handle a broad range of matters, including:

• Sales and purchases of commercial and residential properties
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Leasehold and freehold transactions
• Property development and investment transactions
• Secured lending and refinancing

What They’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor (all levels considered)
• Strong experience in both commercial and residential property law
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to business development and networking
