The Role As a key member of the team, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, dilapidations, boundary disputes, and forfeiture.
• Provide strategic legal advice to a variety of clients, including property developers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Handle mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings with confidence and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and results.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to drive business development and growth.

About You To excel in this role, you will have:

• At least 4 years’ PQE in commercial property litigation.
• A strong technical knowledge of property law and litigation processes.
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for delivering results and providing first-class client service.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
