Our client, a reputable West Midlands firm, is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team. They are ideally looking around the 2-3PQE level however will consider outside of this, including more senior candidates.
The role will involve handling a caseload of Commercial Litigation files, including but not limited to contract disputes, corporate disputes, insolvency, insurance, professional negligence, procurement and more. You will be handling your own high value caseload so prior experience handling a Commercial Litigation caseload is essential. The cases are typically High Court cases so experience with this is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have good experience working on a Commercial Litigation caseload, and working with partners in bigger cases. They offer a competitive salary which is DOE.
