Are you an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a Senior Solicitor to join a well-established firm in Walsall, offering a fantastic hybrid working structure and an opportunity to work on high-value, complex disputes.

The Role: As a Senior Solicitor in Commercial Litigation, you will:
? Manage a caseload of complex commercial disputes, including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, and insolvency litigation.
? Provide strategic legal advice to clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations.
? Play a key role in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
? Mentor and support junior members of the team.
? Work flexibly with a hybrid working structure.

About You: ? 8+ years PQE with strong experience in commercial litigation.
? Proven track record in handling high-value and complex litigation matters.
? Strong business development skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
