Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Vacancy: Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Fee Earner £35,000
Position: Full time, permanent
Location: Leeds
 
My client is an award winning, Legal 500 firm with several offices spread across the nation. They are currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their team in the Leeds office!

The role includes duties of working in a small team led by a Senior Associate and assisting on a complex high value clinical negligence claims. Along with also maintaining a caseload of lower complexity and value (depending on your experience) across all types of clinical negligence work.

The successful candidate will be/have:

• Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor, Legal Executive, Fee Earner or Paralegal with Fee Earning experience (Claimant or Defendant)
• The ability to quickly absorb large volumes of technical material and turn it into simple information
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
• Good attention to detail, with great time management and organisational skills
