Vacancy: Clinical Negligence Lawyer £45,000
Position: Full time, permanent
Location: Manchester, Hybrid
 
My client is one of the country’s leading law firms, ranked one of the 10 best law firms to work for! They are also a continuously award winning, legal 500 firm. They are currently seeking a 5+PQE Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join their team in Manchester.

The caseload will include a diverse range of clinical negligence cases, both pre-issue and issued matters, with an emphasis on high-value and complex claims against NHS Hospital Trusts and/or GPs (excluding dental cases). Opportunities for handling catastrophic injury cases, such as birth injuries, are also available. You will also assist in achieving goals and targets alongside a secretary/assistant.

The successful candidate will be/have:

• Strong clinical negligence experience, preferably of higher valued cases
• Excellent client care, as well as good written and verbal communication
• Very well organized with good attention to detail
• Proven billing track record of handling mixed clin neg cases
• Team player
• Will consider applications from candidates with very strong PI skills and experience of high value cases.
• Ideally Law Society/Avma accreditation (preferably)
• Knowledge of Proclaim case management system (preferably)
