Whether you’re a law graduate with customer service experience looking to bring your skills into a legal environment, or an experienced customer service professional eager to apply your expertise in an award-winning law firm, I have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join a dynamic Client Services team.

As the vital link between new and existing clients and legal teams, the Client Services team ensures smooth communication by relaying important information regarding client inquiries to the appropriate department. This team is at the heart of our operations, supporting my clients legal departments in Manchester, Liverpool, and London, and playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service that fosters repeat business and client referrals.

The Client Services Executive will be the first point of contact for potential new clients, acting as an ambassador for the firm. You’ll help ensure a seamless onboarding experience, representing values and helping clients navigate the early stages of their legal matters.
This is a fully office-based role at our head office in Spinningfields, Manchester.

Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceEssential:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines independently.
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills, particularly when recording new inquiries or case updates in the Proclaim case management system.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support departments with matter opening and completing Know Your Client (KYC) checks.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a similar role within the legal sector.
  • Familiarity with Proclaim (training will be provided).
