The Role:
You’ll play a key role in the finance team, ensuring the smooth and compliant running of all financial transactions across the firm. Working closely with fee earners and management, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing client and office accounts in line with SRA Accounts Rules
• Daily banking, bank reconciliations, and processing of payments
• Handling BACS, CHAPS, and online banking transactions
• Dealing with incoming cheques, invoices, and expense claims
• Supporting with month-end and year-end financial reporting
• Assisting auditors and providing financial data as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Legal Cashier (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency with legal accounting software (e.g. SOS, Proclaim, or similar)
