Crime/Regulatory Solicitor

You’ll be part of a close-knit team known for handling a wide range of complex and sensitive cases, from high-profile criminal investigations to regulatory fitness-to-practise hearings. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advising and representing clients facing criminal or regulatory investigations and proceedings.
• Managing a caseload that may include police investigations, disciplinary hearings, and court matters.
• Developing strong client relationships and delivering clear, empathetic, and strategic legal advice.
• Collaborating with colleagues on larger cases while also managing your own matters independently.
• Contributing to the team’s growth and maintaining high professional standards.

About You:

• A qualified solicitor with experience in Criminal and/or Regulatory Defence work.
• Ideally 2–5 years PQE, though we welcome applications from those with relevant experience outside this range.
• Police Station Accreditation and/or Magistrates Court Qualification would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and client care skills, with a calm and measured approach.
