Office Administrator – Law Firm
Location: Altrincham (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £35,000

Are you an experienced Office Administrator with a background in the legal sector? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of compliance within a law firm? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you!

The Role: We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join a well-established law firm in Altrincham. This is a crucial role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, with a particular focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage compliance processes, ensuring the firm adheres to SRA and AML regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support fee earners and senior management with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies, IT support, and general facilities management
  • Assist with onboarding and compliance checks for new staff

Requirements: ? Previous experience working within a law firm (essential)
? Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory processes in a legal setting
? Excellent organisational and communication skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
