Corporate & Commercial Partner with at least 8 years PQE and a track record of success in corporate and commercial law.

Proven business development skills, with the ability to attract, retain, and grow client relationships. An established client following, demonstrating the ability to generate revenue and contribute to firm growth.

Strong expertise in M&A, commercial contracts, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

A strategic mindset, capable of leading transactions, advising businesses, and driving commercial success.

A collaborative approach, embracing a team-oriented culture while maintaining professional independence.
