Immigration Solicitor

I am seeking a dynamic and dedicated Immigration Solicitor to join a market-leading firm with a strong reputation in the sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry experts in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth of this immigration practice. The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of cases, including personal and business immigration, with a focus on the Points-Based System’s work routes.

Role Requirements:

• NQ to 4 years’ PQE, although exceptional candidates outside of this range will be considered.
• Legally qualified to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales.
• Office-based with some hybrid working flexibility.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong experience working on a diverse range of visa and immigration cases, with a solid understanding of the Immigration Rules.
• Experience advising on sports and media-related immigration matters is desirable but not essential.

• Home Office sponsor licences
• Governing Body Endorsements (Points-Based System)
• UK visa applications, leave to remain, and appeals
• Settlement and British Citizenship applications
• Representation before the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal
• Home Office compliance audits
