Residential Conveyancer

Clayton Legal are proud to bring to you a role based near Bingley working for a well-established, leading law firm, who due to growth, require a Residential Conveyancer to join their successful property team.

On a day-to-day basis this Residential Conveyancer role will consist of dealing with sales and purchase, from initiation to completion with assistant support. You will typically be managing a caseload of residential matters.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Residential Conveyancer role, handling their own caseload from start to finish. Experience dealing with a freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered titles is essential.

Salary for this Residential Conveyancer role is dependent upon experience, with 23 days holiday + Bank holidays. Hybrid working is also available.
