They now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their established Probate Department at their Middleton office.

This role offers the chance to develop client relationships, network within the local community, and contribute to the growth of their services. While based in Middleton, you will also work one day per week at the Bury office and conduct home visits as required. A full driving license and access to a car for work are essential.

As part of this friendly and professional team, you will:

Handle matters related to Wills, Probate, Lasting Power of Attorney, and Court of Protection
Provide expert legal advice in a compassionate and professional manner
Work closely with elderly clients and grieving families
Conduct client visits at nursing homes and private residences
Maintain and manage the case management system effectively Actively network and develop client relationships in the Middleton area
